Delete your account

You can permanently delete your MindStock account and data.

Fastest way — in the app

Open MindStock → Profile → Delete account. This immediately and permanently removes your account, portfolios, watchlists, transactions and AI chat history.

If you can't access the app, request deletion here and we'll process it. Tap the button to open a pre-filled email — send it from the address associated with your account.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity.
• All portfolios, holdings, transactions and watchlists.
• Your AI chat history and saved preferences.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We complete email requests within 30 days (usually much sooner). Anonymized or aggregated logs that don't identify you, and records we must keep for legal/accounting reasons (e.g. purchase receipts held by Apple/Google), may be retained as required.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future billing.
