These Terms govern your use of the MindStock app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.
Not financial advice
MindStock is an educational and informational tool. Nothing in the Service — including AI-generated analysis, forecasts, "best entry/exit" plans, stock ideas or any other output — is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, an offer, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Markets are risky and you may lose money. Always do your own research and consider consulting a licensed professional. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
Market data & AI
Market data is provided by third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. AI output can be wrong, outdated or misleading. MindStock is not a broker-dealer and does not execute trades or hold funds.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Don't misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.
Subscriptions
MindStock Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their policies.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindStock is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Service, including trading or investment losses.
Changes & termination
We may update the Service or these Terms at any time, and may suspend or terminate access for misuse. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
